For the request of the installation of ADSL gate requires a photo Copy of ID and the last telephone bill for the line that want to install ADSL service on it and the payment of the service are 500 S.P (Contact wages and administrative follow-up) and
one-time 2000 S.P amount Will be added to the telephone invoice for the installation take for PTC.
